Frequently asked questions
Can you produce exhibition graphics at short notice in Hamburg?
Yes, depending on the job, available material and current production capacity. Send us your files or a download link and your deadline. We check what is realistically possible and confirm the timing before production.
Can you help if exhibition graphics are missing, damaged or the wrong size?
Yes. Replacement graphics are a typical short-notice request. Send us the available artwork, finished size and deadline. We check whether the required material and production time are available.
Do you offer same-day or next-morning exhibition printing?
Same-day and next-morning requests are assessed individually. Feasibility depends on current workload, material availability, finished size, quantity and whether the production data is ready.
Can I send an urgent request outside regular business hours?
Yes. Requests can be sent by email at any time. During exhibition build-up periods, we also check incoming requests outside our regular business hours and reply as soon as possible.
What information should I send?
Send whatever you already have. If available, the most useful information is the event name, hall and stand number, deadline, finished size, quantity and a print file or download link.
Which print files do you prefer?
A print-ready PDF is preferred. If you only have another file format, send it anyway and we will check whether it can be used or prepared for production.
Can you deliver directly to a stand at Hamburg Messe?
Delivery to the exhibition grounds or directly to a stand may be possible depending on timing, access rules and current availability. We confirm this individually with the job.
Can you install or replace the graphics at the exhibition stand?
On-site installation or replacement may be possible subject to staff availability, timing and access to the exhibition grounds. We confirm this separately for each request.
